Girls’ wrestling in Florida has seen a remarkable rise in popularity over the past few years, and at the forefront of this movement is the Florida Phoenix Women’s Wrestling Club.

Graduate Spotlight- Sydney Bridenstine

Sydney Bridenstine was a very tough wrestler in the state of Florida.  She was a part of Phoenix Women’s Wrestling Club and wrestled in high school for Hernando HS.  She placed 4th at the FHSAA Girls State Championships and then signed to wrestle for Lindsey-Wilson College.
