Rylan Milian is an incoming freshman at Suwannee HS in Live Oak, Florida. The bulldogs are always a very competitive team in 1A and this season should be no different. They will be counting on their returning state qualifiers and state placers but also on a new freshman, Rylan Milian. Rylan has been training all summer to make sure he can step into the Varsity line-up and make an immediate impact for Suwannee. Miliam attended the State Champ Camp down south in Miami with Hall of Fame Coach Humberto “Duck” Reyna. He picked up some great technique which he will use this season. He wrestled in as many summer tournaments as he could to get as much quality mat time in.
Most likely Rylan will be wrestling 120 pounds this season for the bulldogs and from what I have seen of him, I feel he should make an immediate impact for his team. Rylan not only busts his butt on the mat but he’s also very involved with giving back. You can find him volunteering his time at the youth club which serves as a feeder program for Suwannee HS. While there he works with the younger kids to teach them as much as he can so they’ll be able to compete for Suwannee HS one day too! When he is not wrestling or volunteering he can be found lifting weights at the gym to build up as strong as he can. Rylan is serious about placing at the state tournament and I feel people need to remember his name because i have a funny feeling we will be hearing it a lot!!!
