- 4 cucumber slices, peeled

- 1 tbsp ramen paste plus 1 tsp
- 1 nest or portion of egg, ramen or rice noodles
- handful of spinach, kale, pak choi or cabbage
- 100g steak thinly sliced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- chilli oil, soy sauce and sliced spring onions, to serve
